Their staff answered all of our product questions and advised us on every step as we narrowed our selection for UV shades. All the window measurements in the historic homes (1719 and 1813) were custom, and we appreciated the staff's attention to detail and double-checking. The product itself is just what we hoped for and the installation was straight-forward and easy. As a museum, long-term conditions care and preservation of our collection is core to our mission, and Solar Screen helped eliminate our concerns about ultraviolet damage. What a relief!

WOW. That is the only word that I can use to describe my experience with this company and its products. I live in the area and went onto google and found this company. I walked down and talked to a lovely gentleman named William. He spent over an hour with me helping me decide what type of material and what color I wanted to put at my house. To say that they treat you like family is an understatement.  I ordered my shades from this place and was not sure how to install the shades. I called William and spoke to him and he walked me through the whole process on how to install my shades. I would love to work with this company again.

Before I decided to buy from this company I bought my shades from a different company and they disintegrated within 5 years of my business having the shades in my store front. I was looking for a specific material that is hard to find. I called and spoke to Miles who told me that they carried Transparent. I was thrilled because it seems impossible to find this material now. I placed a relatively large order of about 25 shades. I was impressed with the quick turnaround time.
